2000 5.4 2v Mass Airflow meter

Hi all. I'm new here. There seems to be lots more traffic here than the other Ford Truck forums and alot of good discussion. I've been researching my own build lately for my 2000 F150, and have learned alot about these engines, but in alot of areas I'm still scratching my head. One of these areas is the stock 5.4 truck Mass Airflow Sensor/meter. I can't find any specifics on this unit anywhere. Tried some Mustang forums, alot of these guys are smart as far as engine mods, but are unfamiliar with the normally aspirated(non-supercharged) truck setups. Alot of professional engine builders don't like to disclose info that I don't pay for, and parts suppliers just want to sell me an upgrade that I may or may not need. I'm trying to find out what airflow numbers this stock unit will flow or what kind of HP it will support before petering out. Does anybody here know any specifics on this unit or what kind of power levels it will support before an upgrade becomes necessary? I'm shooting for around 350-375 normally aspirated HP at the crank with increased compression, hotter cams, porting, and intake/exhaust mods. I plan to upgrade the stock 19lb/hr injectors in my 2000 5.4 to 24 lb/hr units like the Mustang Cobra uses and go up to a 75mm throttle body, and am wondering if the stock mass air meter will keep up or not. At some point it will reach a point where It just won't meter any more air. I just don't know where that is, and don't want to spend $400 on an aftermarket unit unless I have to. I was just wondering if anybody here had any experience with this unit, or if anybody had used this unit themselves on a higher horsepower application. If not, any ideas where I might find this info? I can't be the ONLY nutcase out there who has tried to get these numbers out of a normally aspirated truck without a power adder like blowers, turbos, or nitrous. HELP!!
