The chip is installed correctly, it was already in truck, it's a bullydog 6 pos. & I had PHP to put in their tunes. Ran a lot better with the bullydog, but I hope it's something PHP can correct. If the 10-k mod is in place can this affect the chip ?
I'm gonna un-do the 10-k, if their tunes wouldn't work in my bullydog they should have said something. In stock it changes gears much to quick. In the 80 h.p. it falls on its face, samething with the 65 tow, & the 65 daily driver it aslo changes to soon & dosen't pull right.
Keep in mind EVERY chip guys tunes differently.
If you've been driving with the Bully Dog chip you're undoubtedly used to it. Now you have new tunes set up very differently.
I'd say collect all of your data that you don't like about the new chip vs what you liked about the BD tunes and call Bill. His basic upgrade tunes may not be for everyone and if you're not happy you need to talk with him about it. I'm sure he can change things to your liking as long as it doesn't affect the integrity of his overall tuning.
