Added a canopy, man it looks nice!

So I have been browsing craigslist for a while looking for a canopy but without the funds to be able to afford one. Well recently I was able to afford a canopy and from a fellow 7.3L owner. He said he's not a canopy guy and that worked out well for the both of us, well, kind of. I got a good deal on a canopy and he got some of his money back.

Anyhow, I thought I'd make this post to show off the canopy and show how well it looks on my truck and say thank you to the gentleman that sold me the canopy.

I thought I would also send him a copy of this link and a link to the 99-03 7.3L Turbo Diesel forums to show him that if he ever needs help with his truck there are guys here that are willing to help. I doesn't matter if you're a amateur or a 7.3L guru, these guys are respectful, full of information and at times to funny for their own good.

So, with that here is a picture of my truck..........

Again........ Thank you for the canopy

Yea, thought about a high top and thought about waiting for one to be available but I didn't want the extra wind resistance or to take a chance on catching the canopy on something if I tried to sneak under it. Plus i needed a canopy to keep things dry when mobiling the family around and not have to pack everything into the cab.
It also helps to keep materials dry, specially during the winter months when there is water and snow everywhere.

EDIT: Oh, and the gentleman I bought it from has a white '03 7.3L so I believe it's as best a match you can get without coming from the factory.

I love my topper. Not always a perfect scenario but more often than not I like having it. Congrats on getting a good deal on one that matches.

Looking Good! I sure love mine. My truck is too high, and the bed to short to really be of any use anyhow. Guess that's why I have a trailer...........

nice! I didn't expect everyone to post pictures of their canopies but I'm loving it! It's nice to see what everyone's canopies look like on the trucks.

And PwerStroke99, hopefully we can find you a hi topper in black. Like Mike F250 said, maybe if we keep this thread going someone will notice your request for a

Black High Topper

and send ya a PM.

BTW, nice lookin trucks guys!!!!!
