You got a screaming deal!
We payed $600.00 for ours as well, except ours was drivable.
Except we let it sit for a year with out a non-op and it has $503.00 of Califonia DMV fees on it, I don't like California for one of hundreds of reasons...that being one of them.
I would trade my right arm for my truck to be that nice...
I'd trade my foot for it to be restrored 100% factory mint.
I woudn't be abe to trade to many limbs cause it's a 4-speed, ya need two feet to do that...

I do love my truck, I'm gonna just spray paint her for now, and when both my boys get older, we are going to strip her out, and fully restore her from the ground up.
I think it's important for the newest generation to learn to appreciate the classix, whatever son shows the most maturity and interest, gets the truck after a few years of good driving.
Thats what i would like to do but i have a while the boy is on 3 now so i got a little bit of time to get parts and pieces that we will need. Or just find another project truck, ive been keeping my eye on a supercab 4X4 that looks to be in decent shape.
all i can say is WOW...600 bucks for that! thats amazing, the body on that looks freakin cherry! is the body in good as condition as the pictures show?
I'm 15 and I've ALWAYS been interested or wait no obsessed to death with old (before 80s) cars & trucks.
In fact I was brought home from the hospital for the first time in a dentside!
Bet none of you can say that! (My dad's '77 F-350 dually stakebed, which he no longer owns )
Yea the body is in rediculously great shape, it has a few little dents and the bed rails are a little bit scratched up but its in as good a shape i have ever seen an unrestored '74. you would be really hard pressed to find one in this good of shape without being restored. An old rancher owned it here in alaska until about 5 years ago and hardly drove it.
I'll never own another truck besides a dentside...
Freedawg101, why don't ya got a 4-Speed? You need a 4-speed!
It's so much easier to leave rubber behind.
Besides, 4-speed+california(or any other state) means muscular left leg.
You should have seen this kids face this one time...(I'll stop there....)
