Maybe vapor lock? HELP

I have an 86 bronco with a 300-6 in it. Runs great in the winter! When the temperature reaches 65 or higher it will be running along just fine and then just die suddenly. It will not restart for about a half hour then will run fine for a while. Only seems to do it at lower speeds and not at highway speeds. Any suggestions?

Would that be EFI, or one of those feedback carbs? Have you made any mods to the engine?

It is a stock carbuerated motor. It started doing it last Summer, has not been a problem through the winter unless we have a warm day.

It probably is vapor lock then- maybe you could tee in some kind of return line with a restriction in it after the pump? I would try this with a high volume pump.
