Leveling Kits

I did a search on here but didn't find the results I was looking for so I will ask the forum to help me out here.

My truck is an 09 F150 SCREW FX4. I want to add a 2" leveling kit and I would like some Pro/Cons and rationale about some of the more popular one's I am looking at. It seems like everyone says they maintain stock ride but I find that hard to believe. The brands are:

Daystar
ASP or AST?? not sure exactly just read it in one of the threads.
ProComp

Any help will greatly appreciated.

Check my gallery, I just installed the 2" AS Kit (auto spring) got it off ebay around $80 it's a puck that goes on top of the strut so it don't hurt the ride at all. All the other brands do the same thing but you pay way to much.

I am happy with the AS product. Just installed it last weekend. Not the best instructions but a solid product nad the price was right from their ebay store.

I had the 2" Autospring leveling kit on my 2004 SCrew for 6 years. Just traded it in on a 2010 today. It worked great for the 100K + miles that I had it on the truck. I will probably get one for this truck as well.

Thanks everyone for your suggestions. Did the AS change the ride much from stock?

yes, everything should be just as tight as it was when you take it off.

You had to notice some performance drop off though with those big meats.

yeah a little, not to much though. slowed my take-off down but she still picks up pretty good. I still get some chirps and squeals when leaving lights and stop signs when i want to.

Well as long as you're having fun and looking good doing it, all is good.

i figured it probably would a little. i do a 16 hour drive to nova scotia about 2 times a year, so i was a little curious about it. i might go over to blackstock ford and ask about the warrenty. i love the look of your truck with those 35's.
