I am considering the v and b spring mod for my 2002 powerstroke x ,those of you who have done this mod what size wheel and tire combo do you use? Can I run 33'' on 4.5 backspace 18's? Thanks for any input!

that will all depend on what offset the wheel has
offset and backspacing go hand in hand they both can move the wheel
in and out
you need to measure your stock wheel or what ever wheel is on their now so you know what you have first
I'm still stock sizes on mine. Bigger wheels/tires would definitely look better. I won't increase size on mine only because I don't want to lose torque when towing at 65 - 70 mph.
