Wiper motor HELP.....

I had a brain fart last week and activated the windshield wipers with 3-4" of snow on the windshield. The wipers moved about an inch and then there was a pop resulting in no more wipers. Today I removed the wiper motor and confirmed my suspicion of a broken gear. There are two gears but only the (yellow) gear making contact with the external metal shaft broke, the other gear is in good condition......

Are replacement parts available or am I stuck buying a new wiper assembly...???

I would go to your local salvage yard to find another one; cheapest alternative. Just hope the previous owner didn't make the same mistake.

When I changed out the motor in my 90 I fond out that motors from pickups were the same, all you had to do was change the wiper arm from the Areo and relocate the ground wire.
