Then at best, you have no idea which mod resulted in your

. Could be your driving style, hwy/city mix, truck is now broken-in, no winter blend gas, warmer temperatures, or some combination of any of them.
More than likely, you aren't even close to 3 MPG gain.
At worst, you're simply exaggerating your gain (not uncommon when someone spends $1000 for MPG mods - or at least that's what they told the wife!).
In other words, if you're happy - great. But without some sort of real evidence, I say to the intake, TBS, and exhaust increasing MPG by over 18%.
As to the hp gains, when was the last time you had your butt dyno calibrated?
