car-part.com does not differentiate between 2 or 4WD. It looks like a single year item. When searching for a 99 frame only 99 comes up as a replacement.
You would have to do slight mods to make it work. 1999-2004 F250/350 4X4 Trucks are leaf sprung in the front and rear, and the 2wd trucks have Coil springs. So you would deff. have to add leaf spring mounts and trac bar mounts for sure. Not to much work if you can get one for a deal and can weld.
I don't know about the frame itself (although I would think that from a practical, cost-effective production standpoint the frame would be common for all configurations to make it easy for assembly and replacement parts), but the 2wd setup in front for the axle is different. The solid front axle for the 4x4 is replaced by a solid beam that the steering knuckles attach to. Also the ride height is a little lower in front for a 2wd and the steering links are different (although they attach to the pitman arm and steering knuckles the same way). As for the rest, I'm not sure.
