Offroad truck? Weld that thing up! On road truck, weld it up, just go easy on the corners. And get ready for cool looking wear patterns on the tires.

No man its cool. I dont mind helping. Check your PMs.

Welded carriers work really well IF the guy who welded it is worth a chit. Its not the area where you "practice."

No didnt **** him off. I sold his buddy my black 79 250 4wd and he took it back to help build an exo-cage supposedly. Last I heard his buddy worked on it about 2 weekends and lost interest. Its still sitting in Chris' driveway.

Once he put the tires on it I wished I had it back.

If you have qear patterns, I'm done giving any help. Wear patterns on the tires are a whole different story though.

ha ok, well now i feel like a piece of crap newb. im just trying to build the ulimate rig, everyone around here just takes a piece of junk and slams the biggest tires possible under it and thats it and calles it ready to wheel. i wanna build a real wheeler that is both good on and off road. only problem i have never worked on a wheelin truck just normal trucks, and no father to ask questions and im in high school and acaulyl have to pay for everything my self, so i usally just end up workin way more than getting to work on my truck. so thats why i end up here askin tons of questions so i apoligize
