Drive WAY defensively. haha.
People are f-ing stupid and want to text and put on makup and still think they can drive, when they cannot even drive without distractions.
Flashing red on left turn is stop then turn.
flashing red is treat like stopsign.
flashing yellow is caution, but not a yield.
Usually flashing yellow is for intersections where the other directions stop. But people forget to do that sometimes.

That is about what I got out of it. In MN we get a green light for left turn, which means yield right of way to oncoming traffic, and a green arrow means you have right of way. We pulled in here and saw flashing red for left turn and just followed suit. However I didn't want to adapt someones bad driving habits, so thanks for the good info. And yeah, looks like driving defensively will be a good help.
