2000 7.3 hesitating and throwing codes

I have a 2000 7.3 F-250 4X4 Crew Cab with 219,000 miles on it. I have an edge evolution programmer and K&N intake.
Last year it started bucking like it was missing but randomely and very few and far between. It's progressively happening more often and I'm getting Trans input shaft sensor circuit malfunction and low input most commonly but most recently,(Today) when I got home from work the codes 0340 and 1211 were on the scanner. Any suggestions...?

P1211 is very common with any chip or tuner.

However, the P0340 is for the cps. I would replace that if I were you. Sounds like it's dyeing.

The CPS was replaced last year at the dealer because of a recall. I appreciate the advice. Any other suggestions...?

With the codes you gave, that's about all we can really go with. Anything to do with the P1211 code takes several seconds of actual oil pressure drop to set that code, which isn't normally associated with random bucking or hesitating. A CPS code however is associated with random bucking, so that would be the first place to look according to the codes you posted, and the symptoms you describe.

My 2 cents anyway.

I second the CPS swap. Try that first.

P1211 is almost a given when running a chip / tuner

I'm gonna go to the International dealer and find a cps. Thanks, I'll keep you guys posted as to what happens.

I put in a new CPS from International today and it really woke the engine up and seems to be running better but it is still randomely hesitating and bucking while cruising. I have a live feed from my programmer and while cruising up a steep grade for a distance the TR line pressure is staying above 55 and getting in the mid 70's. I dont remember it ever being that high. Does anyone have any input as to what the tranny line pressure should be?
