PVHS connection is under the electrical plug, I removed everything to do with the ESOF and it works great now. I circled the PVHS in this pic and the arrow points to the vacuum line that connects to it. Also, under that line with the arrow to it is the connection on the res. that I connected directly to the vac. line going to the HVAC in the truck.
Here's the pic I made up. The Vac Line To Hubs goes to a 90 degree elbow.
Pull apart there and plug line that goes back to the Vac Reservoir as
well as the one that goes to hubs (to keep out moisture and crap).
Edit : Lifted77 beat me to my own pic.
I wish I had spelled vacuum properly.
i like that pic. saved it. thanks

This sucks. Something so simple shouldn't be this difficult.
The vac res is holding vac isn't it? no idea
The vac pump does run, doesn't it? yes
It only defaults to defrost in 4WD? it does now and wont go back unless i shut off the engine and restart
Thinking out loud and all I have are questions and no answers.
i have the exact same issues. and in red.

i wanna say 3-5mins. but the hubs dont lock automatically. so i dunno if the hub controller works.
i just spent $70 yesterday tellin me my ac system is fine and added 4oz.
issue is cold at idle or slow driving. but cool or near warm when driving.
btw im new here and from the org
i have a early 99 CC LB 4x4 4r100
so i just looked at some diragrams on the hvac. and have a start. but not sure since i havent messed with it. whats yalls input on this?
after reading this thread, should the vaccume be pluged???i put Warren hubs on mone last year and have not plugged any line?? always wondered why when i lock in the hubs only the passanger front tire pulls?? would this have anything to do with that??
no... pulling is just torque-steer. Thats why they put auto hubs on things, to get away from it. Woun't really hurt anything, just spins the front end all the time. Don't run 4x in high traction situations (dry pavement etc)
