No it doesn't.. the part that the rocker is bolted to is a stud, the pushrod is smaller in diameter and goes down through a hole on the intake side of the head.

can those heads be ran fuel injected i wanted to see what the best build would be for this engine iam thinking about running this motor in my mud truck it has a 351m in it now would this motor be better to run than what iam running now

Yeah it'll run with an EFI setup... though it would have to be a tunable EFI system not a stock truck system.
