Couple downfall's with Spartan, they dont do anything with SCT anymore and there phalanx (sp) is PRICEY to say the least, and getting in touch with ANYONE at spartan is just this side of IMPOSSIBLE, weather it be phone or email, gave up before I tried smoke signals. No doubt they are one of the 2 BEST tuners with the 6.0
Like you said, not to say anyhting bad about 5 star, but Spartan and Innovative diesel pretty much have the market cornered and best track record. I (and most in the 6.0 section) have had the best luck with Innovative. Spartan is just as capable, but like I said, getting ahold of anyone there really sucks...weather it be to buy an item, tech support etc.

Don't see why its so hard to get ahold of them I have always had an easy time e-mailing them and getting a quick response from both Matt and Donna and I always see them on the forums. Heck they donated 250 bucks to our club for our new banner.
Never heard much about 5 star for diesels I tend to keep to the more well known brands. But I got a 7.3L thats a different story LOL. BTW do you still have your 06 mirrors?

The three seperate occassions I have tried to get in touch with them had no luck....anyhow.
yeah I still have my mirrors, but they are the small paddle mirrors.
