Has anyone here done this? Good? Bad? Part of me thinks hey this is pretty cool if it works and filters properly. The other side of me is going why doesn't Ford do this when a failure happens. It seems so simplistic and one would think fix that gremlin permanently.
1-Coolant temperature in theory should be more stable.
2-Coolant blockage eliminated since it's a series..oil cooler then EGR cooler.
3-Oil cooled by it's own exchanger that is NOT sitting behind the AC, Intercooler, and radiator. Again this should also affect #1.
Cost is pretty high, I just don't think the cost is worth it. With a relocation kit you also have a bunch of lines running everywhere that could cause problems.
