We are talking about the front springs. They are a direct interchange.
The rear springs are different. And EVERYTHING is different.....width, length and center pin . Also, the arch isn't much different between the two. The higher ride height comes mostly from the thicker pack and taller block. If you want a cheap way to get more lift from your rear springs, flip the shackle.
