Engine noise

Is the 6.4 quieter than the 6.0 My 6.0 noisey in side cab.

much better. You can have the windows down, have a conversation, play the radio.

Yes, the engine themselves are much quieter and they have more sound insulation as well. I can barely hear my engine when driving on the highway with the windows up.

absolutely, much quieter - although the 6.4 does have its share of unique noises. For example, the ticking that many hear.

the only noise i hear is the truck telling me (get out your wallet and feed me, im thirsty.)
