and another the drive train is a 302 ho with aod and 9 inch 325 gears thanx for the compliments I was going for a what if henry built a woody truck back in the day.

the dark wood is quartersawn wenge.... the reddish wood is jatoba.....and the rest is quartersawn white oak. inlaid brass in the stringers etc quarter inch stock

Woody,.being a master wood worker as you I have to say I am IMPRESSED !!!! The bed , tailgate and runningboards are works of art !! Museum quality by my standards .Congradulations .

It's beautiful. The only problem I see is if somebody ran into you, you'd have to kill 'em but then again...... if you showed a photo, the judge might agree with you

Absolutely beautiful!

Shoot, with all the kooks out on the roads, I'd almost be afraid to drive that! The Jatoba Patena's really dark red, almost like a Bombay Mahogany (the dark blood red). I have a plaque with that as a backing and it's DARK. It ought to be interesting to see the colors enrich up as it patena's a little.

What's going on the interior - wood too?
