How to set Throttle Position Sensor?

How to set Throttle Position Sensor?
Hi everyone! I have a 99 Expy. w/ 5.4L and was wondering how you go about 'setting' the TPS? It appears to be spring loaded inside but I do not see any visible markings to line up with the throttle shaft. Does it need to be clocked ? Thanks in advance.

just unbolt the old one and bolt the new one in
