Oil filter

what are the +'s to the oversize oil filter and what is the longest that can be put on here. we went through the filter book at orielys and have them all the way up to 13 some inches.

I think the stroke filter is about as long as you can use. I haven't used the stroke filter, stioll use the OEM style ones.

The stroke filter holds more oil and I think filters to a lower micron level.

my guess would be as long as you feel you can go without hitting something.

Powerstroke filter filters finer particulate and increases the oil system capacity by 1 quart. It feels like a much more substantial filter than the IDI filter.
