Hello all, I have a 1970 F350 chassie that used to be an RV with a 390,C6, Front disk brakes , everything from the radiator back including brakes and drums and disk are all new,I just come across a ad for a 1952 F3 Cab,would it be possible to fit this cab on the F350 chassie with reasonable effort?

all depends on your definition of reasonable effort
You'll need to section, move, or even fabricate new cab mounts. You'll need to buy custom steering column shafts and couplers. The F350 master cylinder and booster isn't a bolt up, you'll have to modify the firewall and brake pushrod, and possibly the pedal assembly to make it work smoothly.
Also the usual stuff, making a shifter work, running new brake lines, wiring the beast.
Its not an unusual project in my world, but its certainly more work than an engine swap.
