I have a 77 F100 that I am installing a 460 in.It is a 2wd. and I'd like to find a rear sump oil pan that will fit. Anybody know where to find one? Also,I'll need to do something to the rear suspension to get it to hook up, should I put the axle on top of some modified leafs and use traction bars? If I do that I'll need to lower the front too? I'm thinking someone has done this before and any help would be appreciated. The truck is a short bed stepside and I was also wondering if I'll be able to get a wide enough tire under there without cutting or tubbing it ?

Kaufman Products makes a lot of specialty pans for these engines. Some vans of this vintage came w/ stock rear sump pans.
