post engine rebuild

OOPS - I pulled the torque converter with the engine when removing from '77 F250. Now that engine is rebuilt, how do I get torque converter in before re-installing the engine.

To intstall the convertor, put it on the trans, and spin it while pushing it back. It will take three steps before it it in all the way. While turning and pushing back, you will feel it drop into each step. Make sure that the convertor is all the way in. If not when you bolt the engine you will break the front pump on the trans.

Thats Easy just bolt it back in to place and when you need to line up the splines just turn the converter by hand and slide it on there.
