im dealing with the same issue. pinion angle problems... im welding new perches to alter the angle. I have one major concern though my tcase!
I threw the angle finder on the flange and its sitting at .5* angled up not down. shouldn't it be at 90* or 0*?(however you want to look at it)
I just don't want to do all of this and find more catastrophic issues.
is this a major issue I checked motor and tranny mounts and all seem to be intact with basic visual inspection
