We have a testing requirement here where vehicles are put on some sort of chassis dyno device and a sensor is put in the exhaust pipe. Specificed time at a specified speed to take readings.
I have heard of vehicles that can be scanned to verify operation of the engine pollution controls and this is accepted for testing.
Does the Ford pickup need to be dyno tested?

CA is starting the diesel testing this year, what is going to be visual/codes check only. I have 4 diesel vehicles.
The passenger car might get hit, while my 15k GVW truck might be exception. So would be 30k motorhome
