I been working for the last 2 days tearing down my 1968 Bronco. I pulled the body off today to find the frame rusted beyond repair where the rear shock mounts to the frame. I now have a running 170 cid 6 cyl engine, transmission, transfer case, and front and rear ends which are good. I am looking to find some one who needs the rear for front end and the engine. I there is anything else in the tub you may need let me know. I will be taking tub and front clip to scrap yard on Saturday.
I will now bring the 76 Bronco in to start working on it.
What would be a fair price for the engine, transmission, transfer case and wiring harnass as well as the rear ends? The rear end is a 4.11 not sure what the front is.
Let think this through. I have a running 170 cid engine, tranny that ran out well(needs clutch soon), front axle, rear axle, but frame is bad where the rear shock mount is. Your bronco is missing rear end, half cab in poor shape, but does have the bulk head which is in good shape. Engine is there but unknown condition.
You want me to give you mine and $700.00. Here is what I would like to do. You part out the bronco get the 150 form the bulk head, sell the front axle, engine, and any other good parts. I will give you $200 for the frame if it is ok, Plus any parts you want off of the 68 body which I do not need.
