Spare Tire

I own a 1992 Ford F150 EXT Cab short bed. I bought the truck recently and it did not come with a spare tire. Did trucks of that year come with a spare tire. I question this because i cant find spot to place the spare tire. Can someone please post a picture of their spare tire. thanks

The spare woukd have been placed under the gas tank most people cut the holder off the truck and mount the tire some place different i throw mine in the bed of my truck

they are also expensive, but good insurance
