Alignment a stuck brake that wears out a tire is a flatspot all the way across the tire.

I live on the same road as the fire cheif in my area, he says 7 out of 10 vehicle FIRES are caused from leaking oil onto hot exhaust,so please fix that ASAP!

As far as the tire wearing in the middle, that sounds like over inflation, and / or tire seperation. Blue smoke would indicate that its burning oil, likely that the rings are worn and letting some oil stay on the cylinder walls, or possibly a leaky valve seal letting oil drip into the cylinder. Grey to white smoke is normal... bright white smoke is bad, means the engine is trying to burn water due to a crack in the head or block or a faulty head gasket.

Cold start white smoke is from unburnt fuel from lack of heat in the engine block.
It should clear as soon as the engine starts warming up.

Middle to outside on the drivers side, are you taking some right hand turns really fast?

Most likely your issue is alignment.
Hit any curbs hard or huge potholes with the drivers side tire?
Also could be worn steering parts.
