3v performance

Hi guys, new to the site and was wondering if there is any performance parts for the 3v? It seems that there is alot of talk on the 2v is that a better engine or is it the most common. I've got an '06 and wanting more power for towing the toyhauler. Thanks

I have only heard good things about 5 star tuning. They can really wake up the motor and give you different tunes for performance or towing.

The 2v was the earlier v10. The reason you hear so much more about it was that the y pipe was bad, they had issues with exhaust bolts and it had way less HP and torque then the 3v.

For us with the 3v not much you can do to improve the performance other then a tuner, gears, air filter and exhaust. I already have 4.30 gears so my next step is a tuner from 5 Star. Talked to Mike last night and I will be ordering one this Friday.
