In your OP you said you did not want the K&N. So I was going to take it off your hands if you were going to toss it. Guess you want to sell it.

I've got the same K&N system on my 04 F350. I'll be keeping the K&N intake tube and heat shield, but replacing the filter with an AEM Dryflow filter #21-2259DK. I haven't purchased it yet (spent the weekend researching this and will pick up in the next couple days), but dimensions appear to be a good replacement for the K&N. There is possibly enough room to fit the Napa 6637 or similar. Just a thought...
