Power Windiows Not Working

I have a 2002 F150. There is power at the motor and power at the switch on both doors but neither window will go down. When I hit the switch for either window (both doors), theres nothing- not a click or any sound of effort. Has anbody had a similar issue?

Before I replaced my switches I did.
Yes they went out at the same time

Also check the exposed wire harness coming into the door to see if wires are crtacked / broken.
