hey guys i parked my truck for a year and then redid whole truck. i installed 3 inch bodylift and redid the body. well got it back together. i noticed i have some steering wheel slop. (kinda makes you think the steering wheel is loose.) i checked the wheel and the bolt it right. the truck dont have any slop turning side to side just the steering wheel has up and down and side to side slop. any ideas? maybe something happend when i jacked the cab up to put the bodylift blocks under? also i notice when i had my truck tore apart i had front clip and front clip wiring harness off of the truck. now whenever i hit the horn i dont have any horn. i know the horns are good. also if i pull the steerign wheel center off and run a jumper wire from the hot side of the steering wheel to make the horn work to a battery ground i can hear the relay in the fuse box under the hood clicking but no horn blowing. any sugestions? i did take the cruze control box out cause no longer need is and jsut left that plug hanging there since wont need the cruze anymore. any help and sugestions are very very apriciated. thank you guys for taking the time to read my post and for the help you guys been in the past!
PS the outside of the colum stays still its where the steerign wheel and colum meet where it seems to have the slop. like the wheel can wiggle on the colum like a loose steering wheel but the steerign wheel isn't loose at all.
thanks again!!
