Update Motor is in.

Well I got the motor in and truck is back on the road. I took it on a 500 mile run on Tuesday and everything did good except I seemed to have less power and some smoke on acceleration. After some digging around I found the clip on the wastegate rod had come loose.
That taken care of and WW is in, the truck is doing great. Thanks to all that helped with my questions.

Next step is to get these AA injectors to Ryan (when I make more money that is) and have them upgraded.

Ditto.
I notice that you removed the front end to do the job.
I'm getting ready to do the same for my truck and that is how I will be doing it as well.

Hey Phill, I went with a 97 motor with about 100k on it, got it for a great price. Tore it down and had the block checked before I used it. same rods, crank, pistons, cam. Put new bearings and valve job. by the way that WW sings thanks man. Did you ever get to your rearend?
