I know you can tell the 351m from a windsor by how the engine block comes out past the timing chain just like a cleveland. Actually the 351m block is just a taller decked 351c, its a de-stroked 400. The windsors timing cover is flush like the 302. I think they stopped making the cleveland in 74 or 75 I think. But there are guys on here that know their stuff!! So they would know!!
