Hi folks, I'm usually over at the '61-'66 forum but I have three later wheels and I want to find a fourth. An accurate identfication would be helpful for my search. The three that I have are 15" 5X4 1/2" 10 hole aluminum. Tires are mounted so my width measurement could be off a little but I think they are 7"wide. I see quite a number of 12 hole wheels available but very few 10 hole. I have seen it written that the 12 hole fit 1988-1992. I have also seen written that the 10 hole fit 1985 and up. Does this mean 1985-1987? Do these wheel fit anything besides Ranger and Bronco II? Thanks, Steve
I had the same style 10 hole wheels on my 90 Ranger but they were 14x7". I've also seen the 12 hole in the same style on 80's & early 90's Rangers but wasn't always sure if they were 14 or 15". I believe the 4x4 Rangers had the 15 inch wheels in that style but the 4x2 Rangers got the 14 inch. It's an "American Racing" wheel design that you can still get today, but they have more than 12 holes now. Any of the 5x4.5 patterns will fit any of the Rangers 83 - current, BII, Explorer, Escape & Mustang, but not sure about current gen of Mustang. It's also a Jeep size.
