I had the same thing happen with my Ex as I was about to back out of the garage. Revved way up and took off when I put in R and had to push on the brake real hard and the wheels were squealing. I could not stop it. I slammed it back into park as it scared the hell out of me. Only happened once so my thought is that something must have been stuck on the pedal as I had on my heavy hunting boots and maybe my boot sole got it stuck.
