Transmission Advice
I have a 2005 F-150 Larait 4X4. I am want to do some performance upgrades to the engine and was wandering how much horsepower I could get away with before destroying my transmission?

There seems to be some debt on rather or not the 05 F150s have the 4R70E or the 4R75E transmission. The factory specs say my truck has the 4R70E transmission. If anyone could clear this up it would apperciated as I do not want to by the wrong shift kit and or parts for my transmission.
