installing a lift

I have a 1988 f150 and Im in the process of installing a 4" suspension lift. I still have the Ifs front and I put the axle pivot brackets on and the springs. My question is I havent put the pitman drop arm drop or the radius arm drop brackets on yet and the front tires are way out of alignment. It is way pigeon towed and I was wondering if the radius brackets and the pitman arm will fix this?

I do not think so, its common with the front setup.. Although I could be wrong.

Why not go with a solid axle? Are you off-roading it or just lifting it to look cool?

Acctually without the pitman arm drop brackets and the alignment would be WAY off on that rig install them and see if it fixes it
