Hey everyone, so I just bought and installed a exhaust cutout.
It wasnt expensive so Id thought i'd try it out. It sounds soooo deep now its crazy. I have a Super 44 flowmaster muffler on there but with it open its not that loud that I cant run it open all the time. I still have the cat on for more backpressure and so I dont go blowin a valve like people have been saying. Anyone else try this and have the same results? I do wish it was louder but hey what can you do haha.
I'm into the hub caps. Can you hook me up? I think they're on 15 inch rims? I got some orig steel rims I'd put some time into if I could get THOSE to clip in!!
Yes, sure looks nice but I could never do it. Get too sktatched up in the woods, daily trials n tribs of the work a day world. If they wrked (don't look it, hafta get the whole wheel) it would B the only chrome on the rig.
The 1st yr - '66, they had something like that but the (it wuz a hubcap) look wuz w/a whole lotta 'steps' on it. The summit page looks like the ol' Moonies'. A big 'dish'. Not concentric circles w/a step up to (what - 3 -4 of em?) to the next rim/level. Still it's a whole wheel n $65 a piece.
yea the wheels are just smoothies I think you can but the hubs seperate though. I have a good bit of pipe before the cutout, its like right after the cab. I will hopefully up load a a video of it on like firday. Thanks for thinking its nice
Heres a video. The sound Sucks it is much louder in person. Ive found if you turn up the volume youy can hear it alittle better. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WWinrzEzZ5s
