I have that mirror in my truck. It is the auto dark, compass, and outside temp. Had it for 7 years works great. The only issue is it is a bit smaller than the OE mirror, just takes some getting used to.
You can find them on ebay that has the temp display as well, should be the same basic idea except you'll have a temp sensor wiring to run along with power and ground.
Do a search on ebay for "Ford Gentex mirror" and you'll find quite a few.

I put an auto-dimming with compass (no temp) mirror on mine. I got the mirror on ebay for about $30... ...Do a search on ebay for "Ford Gentex mirror" and you'll find quite a few.
Just checked eBay and the prices are WAY up. You're looking at about $125 and up.

I'm not sure how much the temp reading will add to the typical cost of these things. I wouldn't think that much but maybe so?
Also, much like the OEM Ford stereos, keep your eye out. Eventually you'll find one at a reasonable price. It took me a while to find mine for around $30. Usually they went for $40-60 used.
