Question does anybody know

The new triton 5.4L motor in my 2004 ford f150 died and i bought another motor it is a 2005 5.4 triton the only difference i can see with both motors side by side is the IPR sensor on the 2004 and the FRPT sensor on the 2005 motor can I take the ipr sensor from my old motor and put it in place of the FRPT sensor without any problems it unscrews from both fuel rails i just don,t know if it will effect the way the motor runs.
