duallies front and rear?

ive always wanted to know how your run a dual wheel setup on the front axle of a big 4x4 with big tires? ive seen in done but what do you need?

Not sure but, it reminds me of a vid. where these guys had some huge ford trucks, with a custom dual front and rear setup. Had some kind of big ag. tires and were actually floating around in a lake. They even had a pull off in the lake with a speed boat. Looked pretty cool, but can't seam to find it anymore.

It'd be the same as the rear tires/wheels, except.. on the front. Added weight will put a lot of stress on your ball joints/king pins, wheel bearings, spindles, axle shafts, u joints, and all the other crap that makes the front axle do the spinning thing. A member on here named Tony (user name surewhynot) did something similar on an old scout and it turned out pretty cool looking, maybe you could contact him if you were seriously considering doing it. I'm not sure if he still posts on here or not, but shoot me a PM and I can get you in contact with him if you can't find him.

I made adaptors and used the stock rims when we made ours back in the mid 80's. I think there is a picture or two on my page. The picture in my avatar has duals 36's, on dana 60's front and rear.
