aftermarket ideas??
Just got a 1996 150 single cab short bed, i got a 300 6 in the dog house and manual trans. very clean truck i got it for 1800 and only 90k. she runs great but im lookin for some ideas to upgrade the engine, suspension and maybe a little body mods and i got 3 grand to do it. ideas??

if you are looking for engine upgrades, you might want to post this question on the big inline six forum. it is a very unique engine when it comes to getting performance out of it.
start with aftermarket high flow cats and a free flowing muffler. (check out exhaust sound thread for clips). headers arent worth it, and once you put them on, you have to remove them to replace the starter. next would be a cam and kit. once you get past that it gets pricey
