Center Bearing

Does it need to be pressed off & on ?? I need ito replace it. The reason I ask there are NO shops with in 60 mi. I can't even get brake rotors turned.

Yes it does need to be pressed on and off. Had to get mine done a couple months ago.

You can get it off by removing the rubber mount and grinding through the races until they are thin enough to split with a chisel (cutting torch works well if you are proficient with one). Knock of the old bearing and drive on the new one with a hammer and punch or the appropriate size pipe. I have done many a one this way over the years.
