What could these be?

I bought my son a 99 F150 4x2 Ext. Cab Step Side 4.6 for his 16th birthday and he loves it. It does have 3 or 4 issues I would like some help with.

1. engine is not running smooth check engine light came on so I took it to Auto Zone they put a scanner on it and the code said random misfire. Guy said put in plugs if that doesn't work then wires if there is still a problem new coil, I am not a mechanic but it does appear there are two coils on it am I wrong? It seems to be worse when it rains or damp conditions I'm thinking that indicates coil? Wires do look like thy may be original, truck has 133,000 miles on it.

2. ABS light comes on occasionally I read in a post somewhere to clean or replace rear wheel sensors where are they located and is this something I should attempt?

3. When it rains and it is parked the cab gets a ton of moisture in it windows fog up really bad, where can it be coming from? My neighbor has a F150 with a sunroof and his drain was stopped up but sons has no sun roof.

I had another question but it was answered in the read this first thread. I'm new here and you guys have a ton of useful/helpful info This is also the first Ford I have ever owned so I am really new here.
Thanks

PS Hope you don't mind all these questions in one thread.

Nice to have you here Bobby and you did just fine posting your questions.

I would replace the wires to the two coil packs and see if that solves your problems.

The sensor to the rear wheels is on top of the pumpkin (differential). It's easy to replace.

If the truck has a sliding rear window in it I would say the frame is cracked and letting water in. After it rains, check behind the seat for moisture. The best fix is to replace it with a one piece unit.

Wish my dad had bought an F150 for me when I was 16! You're gonna spoil the boy!

some F150 had leak in the windshield trim above the steering wheel. look for wet floor under the gas pedal.. if thats it, fix it before it leaks into the computer module.
REar sensor is probably the problem as mentioned.
At 133K miles you should have new plugs. I would just put in plugs and wires and call it good. If it comes back, look into the coil. Should have 2-3 cylinders missfire if its the coil.

Ok honest opinion here with the ABS light on I take it you have regular non ABS brakes only when that is on I would actually wait to repair that simply because it will teach him how to brake in slick conditions without the fancy electronics.

I have had semi-random intermittent ABS on my truck since my family it bought in '01 and since I turned 16 and started driving it in 06 to this day.

Again IMHO.
