I just ordered my chip! DP F5 because they will be live tuning here in CO and my area later this year, and if I ever want more tunes or to change them, then I can just have it done then and not have to send it back and pay for shipping and wait the time!!!


Im excited..... wonder what will happen with my AB code injectors....


i got a no start, stock, 1200 high idle, 60HP tow, 80 HP Economy, 120HP Race, and a 140 Agressive (smoke show). I also got the EBVP to never activate, and the P0475 code to be turned off, so I can put the EBVP on a switch and use it with the high idle to warm it up if needed.... And not throw any CELs....

Im excited! Wonder what type of boost and EGTs i will see with this thing... i can make 26 pounds now... we shall see how it does!

 

I feel your excitement matt. I am putting my php chip in tomorrow and my injectors are on their way back from jim. I got my tranny cooler and intercooler mounted and front end back on just need to put spyder on and run the pipes. With any luck I will have her running in a week or so. Just rebuilt the turbo with a new wheel also. FUN FUN FUN

althoe smoke is cool to show your buddys, it shouldnt be what your after. its wasted fuel is all, and when you go it, you want to get rid of it lol if i could have it my way, id have super clean, mabe a light haze on a hot tune that really gets up and moving, then a smoke setting when i wanted to show off. other than that, i cant get my dang truck to stop smoking, i can even imagine what guys with 238s and 300s do!

 

yeah... the 140 setting will not be used much at all... doubt my 15º will hold up with such a demand for oil anyway, but I want something that I can play with a little bit...


I figure the 120 will be quicker in my truck unless i get an adrenaline or a TE modded pump (maybe i can get travis's)


Im the only kid in my "group" of buddies with a diesel truck, all the rest are little puny gassers with big lifts with 1/2 chassis', I just want to beable to use the stacks on occasion...

30 PSI pretty damn easy. It will black out intersections, and even on the 80 HP tunes it leaves some decent coal...


No videos as the camera ended up dying... but tomorrow for sure. I am HIGHLY impressed. I will have to talk to Jody about the tunes just a little bit. the little I got to drive it, i saw a few issues, but other than that, it is AMAZING
