I'm thinking about buying a ford off a friend of mine to restore and I'm not sure of the year. It's got the same body style of say a '65 F-100, but the front is different. It's got two headlights on each side rather than one like all the trucks i looked at in the picture archive on this sight. Also between the hood and the body there is a gap which looks like it should have some kind of trim. In the pictures the trucks all had a long, thin opening with three upright divivions spaced out. Also it says "Custom Cab" on the doors in chrome trim. Also any information about the ease of restoration, etc of this type of truck is welcom. Thanks in andvance.

After seeing Tom's request, I remembered visiting a truck site that had posted the frontal views of the Fords from 48 to 72. I dug around and found it, and don't know if the owner posts here or not, but he did a good service to load it to his site.
