Scheduled Maintenance 50k +
Advice? My 2003 F250 V10 has 50k + miles. Do most maintenance myself to include the luvly Fuel Filter (ha).. What else needs to be done? Radiator fluid flush? Transmission flush? Plugs etc...
Which of these or others can I do myself and what needs to me done now at this milage by me or a mechanic?

Plugs can wait until 100K, you should be flushing the tranny every 30K. Break fluid flush or replacement every 2 years coolant should be on the same cycle. Some say the fuel filter every 12 months but I would think that is a bit of overkill. I would say do everything yourself except the tranny flush.
